Of course this event will spark another action-packed winter wonderland of events in Loughmacrory. The arrival of Santa this Sunday marks the start of the festive season at the Lough with other upcoming events including the St. Teresa’s PS Christmas Tableaux in St. Mary’s Chapel, on Wednesday 14th Decemnber at 7pm. There will be a Youth Club Christmas Party on Friday 16th December and Santa will make a return visit to ‘Nippers Alley’ on Saturday 17th December.
St. Teresa’s GAC Clubrooms will provide music and entertainment also over the festive season, including a special event planned for ‘Senior Citizens’ on Thursday 29th December at 8pm with entertainment from the band and other local musicians, while the season concludes with the annual Lough 5 run on New Years Eve at 12pm.
